Who we are

Hi there friends! I am so glad you found my site. I am a daughter, friend, wife, and mom… but another one of my biggest passions is supporting others and I do so by providing clinical counseling here in the state of Florida.

With over eight years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting children, adults, and families on their journeys to well-being. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Union University in 2018 and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of West Florida in 2021. Currently, I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, actively pursuing my LCSW.

My journey began with supporting refugees through trauma both nationally and internationally on a volunteer basis, and mentoring youth, which ignited my passion for helping others. I began my professional career at Anchorage Children’s Home in Panama City, Florida, where I initially focused on case management in a crisis shelter for runaway, homeless, and foster youth. I then advanced to the role of Program Administrator for grant-funded residential programs, while also providing therapeutic support at Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital, where I led group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults, including military personnel.

I am trained in individual, group, and family therapy, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)  and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
